Portable Gas Mass Flow Calibration Standards
Pressure-based mass flow instrumentation ensures top performance.
Portable gas flow meters make system checks, calibrations and audits fast and easy. All portable flow instruments offer laboratory-grade accuracy and multivariate readings that update 1000 times a second.
- 0.6% of reading accuracy on most flow instruments
- 4 ms response time
- No warm up
- Four process variables
- Built-in display
- Industrial protocols
- Pressure compensation
- Temperature compensation
- Wide dynamic flow ranges

MB–Series Portable Gas Mass Flow Meters measure mass flow and volumetric flow rates anywhere you need for 98+ gases, making them ideal for on-the-go process calibration, verification, and validation.
- Portable & durable. Built to be carried around, with a battery lifetime of up to 18 hours and drop-resistance.
- Versatile & accurate. Real-time measurements with NIST-traceable accuracy to ±0.5% of reading or ±0.1% of full scale for 98+ gases and 20 custom-defined mixtures.
- Fast, multivariate data. Millisecond-response times immediately upon powering up, to display flow, pressure, and temperature readings in real-time, in your choice of engineering units.

The FP-25 Calibrator Kit for Air Quality Monitoring is built to quickly and easily audit particulate matter samplers (PM10 and PM2.5), able to calibrate air quality testing devices down to 0.125 SLPM with accuracy of ±1% of reading.
- PM air monitor compatibility. Compatible with all PM air monitors: TEOM, Partisol, Beta Attenuation Monitors (BAM), T640.
- Easy integration. A Bluetooth antenna plus our Alicat Connect app allows you to remotely read air sampler measurements, with added data logging capabilities for integration with data management software.
- Accurate, multi-variate measurement. NIST-traceable mass flow, volumetric flow, pressure, and temperature measurements to ±1% of reading.
- Portable & durable. The portable, battery-powered calibrator mounts directly to your air monitoring (FRM or FEM) instrument to negate the effects of wind gusts. Built to withstand any weather, the FP-25 calibrator is IP67 rated and has internal sensors that are accurate from -30°C to +60°C and up to 95% relative humidity.
