The HD Series dry pumps are the most versatile vacuum pumps in the world and capable of handling a diverse range of process applications. HD pumps are avalable in four pumping speed sizes: 120 m3/hr (70.6 cfm), 680 m3/hr (275 cfm), 1135 m3/hr (668 cfm) and 1800 m3/hr (1059 cfm).
